Clean-up on World Environment Day<\/h1>\n

Every day here at the ZBT, we work on clean solutions for a sustainable energy system in the fields of hydrogen fuel cells and electrolysis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

But that’s not enough for us!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Today, on World Environment Day, we want to raise awareness of environmental protection in our immediate surroundings with a Clean-up Day. Today, we are ensuring cleanliness around the institute. It’s only a small piece of our planet, but every little step counts and together we can make a real difference.<\/p>\n

In around 1.5 hours, we collected a total of 100.2 kg of rubbish from roadsides, grass verges, car parks, woodland and bus stops around the ZBT. The heaviest bag of rubbish was rewarded with a voucher from RheinEis, the ice cream factory here on the Duisburg campus of the University of Duisburg-Essen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n
